If you are not satisfied with PrivateCay, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial paid subscription charge. Contact us through the feedback form on our home page with your account email and we will process the refund to your original payment method.

Billing Errors
If you believe you were charged in error (e.g., a duplicate charge or an incorrect amount), please contact us within 14 days of the charge. We will investigate and, if the charge was made in error, issue a correction promptly.
Renewals
Subscription renewals (charges that occur at the start of each new billing period after your first) are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time before the renewal date from your account settings to prevent the next charge. Partial billing periods are not refunded.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features through the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation. Refunds are issued only as described in this policy.
