All Sales Are Final

All purchases of PrivateCay subscriptions are final and non-refundable. Once a payment has been processed, we do not offer refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods, unused features, or dissatisfaction with the Service.

Why We Have This Policy

We offer a generous 14-day free trial with full access to all features and widgets — no credit card required. This gives you ample time to evaluate the Service and decide whether it meets your needs before making any financial commitment. Because of this free trial, we are unable to offer refunds on paid subscriptions.

Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged in error (e.g., a duplicate charge or an incorrect amount), please contact us within 14 days of the charge. We will investigate and, if the charge was made in error, issue a correction promptly.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features through the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation, but no refund will be issued for the remaining time in your current period.
